Redevelopment of the centre of Naarden - phase 3
In the centre of Naarden Vesting, the project 'Het Hart van Naarden' has been realised, where the former municipal office has been transformed into a residential complex with 21 unique new houses. Interior architect Plamen van Dijk created several 3D visualisations and an animation for this project, based on the architectural designs of Harmonische Architectuur, supplemented by conceptual interior designs to support sales.

Sustainable and aesthetic design
The project was designed with a strong focus on aesthetics and sustainability. The choice of materials and the variety of facades blend seamlessly into the historic cityscape of Naarden Vesting. Optimum use has been made of energy-efficient and sustainable resources. In addition, characteristic elements have been preserved. The inner courtyard has been transformed into a public garden that contributes to the quality of life.

A diverse range of housing
The project includes a variety of housing types: apartments, XL apartments, penthouses and city villas. The living areas vary from approximately 45 sqm to 236 sqm and all homes have indoor parking.

 Collaboration and realisation
The architecture was provided by Harmonische Architectuur, while Plamen van Dijk was responsible for the interior design and 3D impressions. The project was realized between October 2019 and September 2021, with TEAMWBC as the executing construction company.

The renovation of the town hall has achieved a balance between modern living comfort and the preservation of historical elements, making 'Het Hart van Naarden' a valuable addition to Naarden Vesting.
