Interior design and redesign of Lucia Living student apartments in the centre of Rotterdam. Specially for students of the Erasmus University. The interior design brief includes a new entrance area and a break-out space in the basement. Here you will find a cooking area with a cooking island and bar, a game corner, a large study and a living room.

Milestone locations are located in the main student areas. Most are within a 15-minute walk of the campus or city centre, so you have everything you need at your fingertips. Apartments range in size from 20 to 28 square metres and are smart, practical and stylishly designed. The sites also offer communal areas designed to make the most of student life. With a gym, study area and private laundry room, you have everything you need to make life stylish and, most importantly, easy.
