Specific and/or sensitive personal data we process

Our website and/or service does not intend to collect information from website visitors who are under the age of 16. Unless they have the permission of their parents or guardians. However, we cannot verify whether a visitor is over 16. We therefore encourage parents to be involved in their children's online activities to prevent the collection of information from children without parental consent. If you believe that we have collected personal information from a minor without such consent, please contact us at studio@plamenvandijk.com then we will delete this information from our records.

View, change or delete data

You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data. In addition, you have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing or to object to the processing of your personal data by Plamen van Dijk | Design Studio and you have the right to data portability. This means that you can make a request to us to send the personal data that we hold about you in a computer file to you or to another organisation that you designate. You can send a request for access, correction, deletion, data transfer of your personal data or a request for withdrawal of your consent or objection to the processing of your personal data to studio@plamenvandijk.com. To ensure that the request for access has been made by you, we ask that you send a copy of your ID along with your request. On this copy, black out your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip of numbers at the bottom of your passport), passport number and BSN (citizen service number). This is to protect your privacy. We will process your request as soon as possible, but within four weeks.
