As an interior designer, I strive to create sustainable and inspiring interiors that focus on the wellbeing of the user. By connecting architecture, people and nature within a given framework, I design spaces that are functional, qualitative and aesthetic.

Sustainability
Sustainability is an important part of my design philosophy. I like to minimise the environmental footprint by choosing materials that are sustainable, biodegradable and/or reusable where possible. In addition to high quality and well designed furniture, I prefer beautiful natural and pure materials. Where possible, I use recycled or upcycled components. By working with certified suppliers and local partners, I shorten communication lines, reduce transport and pollution and together we ensure more efficient processes.
Biophilic Design
Biophilic design plays an important role in my designs. This approach strengthens the connection between people and nature by integrating natural elements into the living environment. Research shows that contact with nature increases happiness and reduces stress. This leads to increased vitality, creativity and social interaction. In addition to the use of plants, biophilic design includes the use of natural forms, patterns and processes, as well as the presence of light, air and water. This approach results in interiors that are both sustainable and inspiring, with a strong connection between people and nature.
Future-oriented interior design
My designs are forward-thinking and flexible, so they can grow with changing needs and technologies. By thinking modularly and creating multifunctional spaces, I ensure that interiors remain relevant and usable for a long time.
