Deutsche Hypo – NORD/LB Real Estate

Plamen van Dijk developed a contemporary interior design for the new Deutsche Hypo – NORD/LB Real Estate Finance office in Amsterdam, in collaboration with VEGA Projects. The design combines representativeness, comfort and functionality. Deutsche Hypo serves as the centre of expertise for commercial real estate financing within the NORD/LB Group and has an office in Amsterdam as part of its international network.

The interior design creates a high-quality working environment in which employees, visitors and business associates immediately feel welcome. The combination of bespoke interiors, natural materials, considered lighting and clear spatial layout creates a calm, professional office environment with international appeal.

Hospitality is an important consideration in the design process. Reception rooms, meeting facilities, workplaces and informal meeting spaces are seamlessly connected to support collaboration, concentration and hospitality. This results in a forward-thinking office design where functionality and experience complement each other.
